What Tixr charges
Tixr doesn't publish its pricing — it is quoted per contract. Below: what that comes to over a year at three volumes, what is not in that number, and what the same job costs when you own it instead of renting it.

There is no public rate card, so the only figure that exists for you is the one on your own invoice. That is worth finding before your next renewal: a platform that quotes per contract is a platform whose price is negotiable.
What to ask Tixr before you sign
There is no published rate card, so these are the questions that turn a demo into a number. Ask them in writing.
- What is the fee on a single paid ticket, in money?A percentage and a fixed part, both named. "Competitive" is not a rate.
- Who is charged it — us or the buyer?If the buyer pays, it is still coming out of what they were willing to spend.
- Is card processing inside that number or on top?Normally on top, around 2.9% + $0.30 an order.
- What is the term, and what happens to our data at the end of it?Ask for the export format in writing before you sign, not after.
- What does the fee become if our volume doubles?A share of every ticket grows with you; a build does not.
Once you have that number, ours is simple: a tenth of what you pay now, with hosting, fixes and changes included.

That part can be built once and owned, and we price it against your own bill: a tenth of what you pay now, instead of a share of every ticket forever.
