These terms cover using Hiro — the plain version: you bring your own Claude, your work is yours, you can cancel any time, and AI output is yours to review before you rely on it.
01Agreement
By creating an account or using Hiro (hiro.ly and the Hiro desktop app), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
02The service
Hiro is a cockpit that orchestrates AI agents — building software, running outreach, creating content, and automating operations — on top of your own Claude account. It’s available as a web app and a Windows desktop app.
03Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Use a valid email and keep it current so you can receive sign-in codes and billing notices.
04Billing, trial & cancellation
Plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page and billed through our processor (Whop). Today: Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, then 50% off your first month, then $29/month; Team is $49/user/month. You can cancel any time and keep access through the period you’ve paid for.
Hiro does not charge per token. Model usage runs on your own Claude account and is billed by Anthropic, not by us.
05Your own Claude account
Hiro runs on your own Claude login. You’re responsible for having a valid Claude account and for complying with Anthropic’s terms and usage policies. We’re not responsible for Anthropic’s availability, limits, or charges.
06Acceptable use
Don’t use Hiro to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive, and don’t:
- break the law or infringe others’ rights;
- resell or sublicense the service without permission;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the platform;
- use it to generate spam, malware, or content that violates Anthropic’s policies.
07Your content & intellectual property
The code, content, and work your agents produce is yours. Hiro (the software, brand, and platform) remains ours. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use Hiro while your subscription is active.
08Disclaimers
Hiro is provided “as is.” AI agents can make mistakes — review their output before you ship, send, or deploy it. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hiro isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10Termination
You can cancel any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your right to use Hiro ends; the sections meant to survive (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue.
11Changes
We may update these Terms; we’ll change the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
