No — every plan runs on the Hiro engine out of the box, against your monthly build credits. If you already have a Claude subscription you can connect it once in settings: builds then run unlimited on your own plan, at a lower price. Either way, no per-token charges from us.
Plans start at $29/month — flat. No per-token charges stacked on top. Run a whole team of agents all day; your bill doesn't move. We'll walk you through the right plan once you're in.

Yes. The desktop app runs a local engine on your own machine — your files, code, and commands stay on your computer. Hiro isn't a cloud sandbox that ships your project off somewhere.
The desktop app is Windows today, with Mac on the way. There's also a lighter web version that runs in any browser, so you're never blocked on an install.
